◊ Walk-In Registration (during both conference days, regardless whether or not registrant attends both days) – by credit card only – we do not accept cash or cheques

◊ Welcome Dinner Cocktail Registration Only – Online (if you register for the entire conference, the Welcome Cocktail is included in your package)
